Bio-Air-Technologies - Rocket [2007]
Rocket 10 and 13m², is the ideal first wing for beginners to this new sport, also reasonably fast for "intermediate" speed-fliers to progress. Designed with safety for all wings, roll stability and no turn overshoot was a mandatory constraint. The Leading Edge of the wing is also designed to help stop the wing collapsing. The Rocket is the sail for beginning par excellence, it is provided with a removable device of side stabilization for the beginners "not wheels", "Side Control System". Once that the pupil is trained, the SCS is dismounted in 30 seconds... The Rocket was the spearhead of the formation of the Speed-Riding school - Wings of Mount Blanc ~ Chamonix, with Yohan Esteve.
The Rocket made it out to the Championships of France 2007-2008 thanks to the talented Caroline Brille who finished first female. New for 2009: The Rockets are now in two different material weights. Also new for 2009: The Rocket 8m². A wing to a small audience, very experienced and competition. Order only. After the technology of the Race prototype: the BoozZ. It has snow netting and thick Dyneema lines.
