	THEORY	Wind (direction + stength), Material, Pre-Flight Checks, Basic Aerodynamics, Relative wind, Technique, site rules

LEVEL: YELLOW	INITIATION Big Flight	FLIGHTS: 15 to 30	GLIDER: Beginner	LOCATION: Big flight zone with no obstacles
	PRACTICE SITUATION	Front wind <20km/h [10knts]
	GOALS	Calm Air Flights, Follow simple Flight Plans
	THEORY	Piloting Technique, Aerology [Wind & Turbulence]

LEVEL: ORANGE	PROGRESSION	FLIGHTS: 30 to 50	GLIDER: Beginner	LOCATION: Big slope with no obstacles
	PRACTICE SITUATION	Front wind <30km/h [16knts] - Side & Back wind <10km/h [3knts]
	GOALS	Autonomy on calm air flights, know flight area, Landing Precision, Flying close to the ground (straight and level flight), Landing on the slope, Touch 'n' Go, Skiing with Glider above
	THEORY	Gliders Adaptation, Dynamic Piloting, Energy Management [Speed, Trajectories, Anticipation, Flair], Priority Rules and overflight heights.

LEVEL: GREEN	INITIAL LICENCE	FLIGHTS: 50 to 150	GLIDER: Beginner	LOCATION: Big slope with obstacles
	PRACTICE SITUATION	Front wind <30km/h [16knts] - Side & Back wind <10km/h [3knts]
	GOALS	Autonomy on known areas, Touch 'n' Go, Ski turns with Glider, Trajectories and returning to the ground from height
	THEORY	Meteo [Understanding the Weather & dangerous phenomena (gusts etc.)], Nivology [Snow Conditions/Avalanche Risk etc], getting info from surroundings in flight, Technique - Trims

LEVEL: BLUE	PILOT LICENCE	FLIGHTS: 150 to 300	GLIDER: Performance	LOCATION: Mountains
	PRACTICE SITUATION	Front wind <40km/h [21knts] - Side & Back wind <10km/h 3knts]
	GOALS	Altitude Loss, Speed & Flight Trajectory Control, Emergency Stops, Autonomy on ALL Official Sites
	THEORY	Flight mechanics, Flair, Energy Managment, Wings and their piloting requirements & Wind Traction

LEVEL: BROWN	CONFIRMED PILOT LICENCE	FLIGHTS: 300 to 1000	GLIDER: All Gliders	LOCATION: Any suitable slope or mountain
	PRACTICE SITUATION	Autonomy, Free Flight, Analysis & Personal Involvement
	GOALS	Autonomy everywhere, High Mountain Flights
	THEORY	360 Acceleration, Piloting Risers Systems, Competition Rules, Self Training, Mountain Law
