Warning Kuik Harness

Hi all,

Using the Kuik Harness since 2 years for Paragliding and i love it. Also used it for Speedflying when started 2 years ago back then with my Nano 12. Worked well but there is one thing to REALLY look out for:

When closing the buckles double check that there is NO snow in it as once there was and i tried to blow it out with my breath but what i didn't realize was that by blowing out the snow I actually built up a small layer of ice(it was 4 degrees below zero) on the buckles with made them not making "click". And after this one flight when undoing my buckles i saw to my horror that my right buckle was not clipped in!!!
The very next day i ordered my GIN Harness where this can not happen. So just make sure to hear the click and do NOT blow snow out of the buckles("frozen breath layer!") rather shake it out and hear the click.

Safe Flying.
Cheers
Christoph (Gexa22)
