Regulations for foreign speed flying pilots

In order to speed fly legally in Switzerland foreign pilots are required to have the Swiss speed flying license extension. As there are currently no international regulations covering speed flying (such as the IPPI card for paragliding for example) this license extension is compulsory for all speed flying pilots, regardless of whether they reside in Switzerland or not. The prerequisite for this extension is the paragliding solo pilot's license.
