Has anyone seen, or heard, of such a pg ? Airwave Austria made a very limited number ( three? ) for the Red Bull Dolomittenman comp. I'd be grateful for any info leading up to possibly tracking one down. Charly Booth Sydney charleybooth@gmail.com

RE: images in posts
in reply section below click IMG and cut & paste the URL to the image you want to post.

eg:
Image from another web site - Right click on image - select properties option which should then give a link 'http..... .jpg' select & copy all the text then paste into the IMG input box displayed after you click IMG.

Image from an Image hosting site - very similar upload your image and use option copy image link to Clipboard so all you do is paste the address in the IMG box.

Just heard that Airwave may have made five "Speedmachine" 18's. A further (availabale) SM has turned up in Stubaital Austria. If I can secure it, we'll have two of these speed "hybrid", white ghosts, soaring with the sea eagles at Stanwell Sydney. Being a little larger than a mini speedster, with its 18sqm, it will soar in softer winds, and has a great L/D sink rate, for longer coastal traverses. After much searching, I eventually found the right glider to replace the trusted old Nova Ibex 15.

Hi 'surfa, and thanks. In the meantime I got in touch with Airwave Austria, and they confirmed that they'd make another one up for me, anytime the need was there. That's great news ...I dreaded the thought of ever having to part with my present "Speedmachine". By the way, perhaps you could fill me in on how we can insert a small pic into this text window ? I did notice that one member had recently managed that ! Cheers Charly
