Any suggestions? Spoke to a paragliding school in Maui and they told me their were no speed flying sights...sounded full of crap to me...need help

Dont have a list of locations, but from photos posted on the web, Ukumehame looks like a place that should have some good lines to fly ?
and maybe Haleakala Crater Area ?
Other Areas & Islands include - Waimanalo coastline - Ko'olau cliffs
Kualoa & Ka'a'awa Valley, Oahu
