A three day weekend from the summer job this August meant one thing- Time to go fly! With the Sierra blowing up with thunder-cells, the coast was a great option for some fun, mellow flying. Walker met up with me at the 'Dumps' paragliding site, and we both agreed to try and cause some havoc!
He was launching his B.A.S.E. canopy; and I, as always, was on the XT speed wing and Geo III glider.
Mussel Rock is a great spot for flying the speed wings, paragliders, hang gliders, or for that matter- what ever the **** you can get up in the sky! The site is completely unregulated, so go have at it. But be safe.
Did not throw the reserve this time= a successful weekend!
