You know nothing about speed riding? The Nooky is conceived for you. Choose a rather big glider in function of your weight. The take off is secure and easy. It always works. You can be sure that the glider rises perfectly and will guide you quickly in your first sensations. The Nooky is also perfect for schools that want to be equipped with performing and safe equipment.

NOOKY, for more performance...
You have done speed riding before and you are looking for more performance ? The Nooky is also made for you. Just choose a smaller size in function of your weight. The security of the take off remains but the speed increases and your desire for speed will be satisfied.

NOOKY, a technologial choice...

Olivier Nef, designer for Niviuk Gliders, put all his knowledge in the development of the Nooky. Combining his know how with and inspired by pilot’s best recommendations, he managed to create the Nooky after one year of work. Equipped with diagonal ribs, directly from the paragliding technology. Made with the best materials to guarantee a long life, the Nooky surprises by its looks and keeps the NIVIUK Gliders gamma design. For sure, with Nooky you choose the best to go back to the origin.

NOOKY, delivery...
The Nooky will be delivered "all in one pack" (glider, harness convertible in a glider bag for carrying, inner bag with strap and automatic carabiners 30mm) or separately (only the Nooky)

NOOKY, the choice...
The Nooky is available in 3 sizes (11, 13 and 15 m²), we cover the complete range of the pilot’s level and weight. The speed and the liveliness depend on the wing-loading. This means, the smaller the chosen glider, the more the Nooky will be vivid and the higher the speed will be, and so will have to be the skills of the pilot-skier!

NOOKY, in colour...
Only the serial colours are available, only one colour pro size. Exceptionally, the colour selection option is not available. So it will be easy to recognise the size of a NOOKY.

Niviuk Nooky 13m² The Nooky that I flew was a size smaller than the other two wings (Nano & Bullet), so bear this in mind. Construction is simple, with trimmers on the A risers only. Launch is good, easier than the Bullet but not as good as the Nano. In the air the wing is very fast but the controls feel a bit soft. However, this is a good wing for those who like to ski, with a glide ratio similar to the Nano which makes it easier to stay in contact with the snow. Finally, the delivered stuff sack is frustratingly small: it's difficult to pack the wing into it and there's no draw cord, but this is easy to replace yourself.
